PROFIT FIRST™ PROGRAM MANAGER
RETAILMavens is adding a Profit First™ Program Manager and Coach to our team!

As the Profit First™ Program Manager and Coach you will help clients grow and manage cash flow through our Profit First™ powered by RETAILMavens program, as well as support the growth of the program through trainings and sales calls.

Starting at part-time with the potential of growing into a full time remote position.
Salary range: $30,000-100,000/year depending on time commitment.
In this role you’ll get to...
Put your head on the pillow after a fulfilling day, feeling the satisfaction of making a big impact on the personal and business lives of the clients you work with by:
- Identifying potential client opportunities or challenges through a quantitative and qualitative financial assessment based on the Profit First™ ECROP (Evaluate, Conversion, Roll-Out-Plan) method.
- Consolidating the findings of the assessment to develop and presenting a concise and actionable plan to the client.
- Following up through a preset schedule where you’ll hold the client accountable for following the plan, and ensuring that we are delivering value to the client throughout their experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay up-to-date on RETAILMavens trainings
- Obtaining Profit First™ Professional certification (if you don’t have previous experience or knowledge of the Profit First™ methodology) - Provided by RETAILMavens
- Reach sales KPI’s by adding new clients to this program through sales calls with warm leads from our sales system
- Successfully setup and onboard clients inside the Profit First™ powered by RETAILMavens program
- Build rapport and credibility with the client by providing value with each interaction
- Perform an assessment of the client’s data and their financials
- Identify patterns and trends in the analyzed data, communicate to the client and present solutions
- Regularly meet with the client via video conference, according to program schedule
- Hold the client accountable on agreed action items, and guide and coach them to achieve set goals, ultimately focused on improved retail performance
- Be an ambassador for RETAILMavens to all clients and prospects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher strongly preferred
- 2+ years experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Experience in the retail sector (retailer, wholesaler or vendor to retailers) is a bonus!
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - analytical, innovative & creative
- High degree of emotional intelligence & confidence to deal with a diverse portfolio of clients
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask the right questions
- Ability to embrace new concepts and implement them
- Proficient in using Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets;
- Ability to be self-directed but also a contributor to a team
- Participate and complete the training and satisfactorily demonstrate your knowledge of the content
