Which Power-Up should I choose?

It will ensure your accounts and numbers are accurate so that you and your accountant are operating with the most up-to-date data and making informed decisions for your business.

If you're currently doing your own bookkeeping, or you have a bookkeeper but they're not retail-specific and might not know how to best optimize your books for your business, you need our bookkeeping service inside the Financial Harmony power-up. This will take this time consuming task off your plate so you can focus on growing your business!

Now if you're thinking - what if BOTH those scenarios apply to me? Then our Financial Pro power-up is what you need. It starts you off on the right track with a QuickBooks clean-up, and continues with our monthly bookkeeping service, specifically tailored for a retail business like yours. If I'm already in a RETAILMavens program, do I need financial power-ups?

Yes! While the RETAILMavens programs are amazing in helping you run a successful and profitable store, they don't allow us in behind the scenes to see how your books are setup, and what your process is in reviewing your books on a regular (or not so regular) basis. These power-ups allow our Financial Maven to look at your unique books to ensure they are setup in the best way possible to support your financial clarity and harmony!

What if I don't have QuickBooks Online?

We can help you set it up! It's quick and easy and will allow for a fast clean-up process when you choose the Financial Clarity or Financial Pro power-ups, and seamless access if you choose the Financial Harmony power-up!

How much time will this take?

I love this question because the whole point of these Financial Power-Ups is to save you time (and money), so the idea is that outside of giving RETAILMavens the access we need, you shouldn't have to spend much time at all - we're doing the heavy lifting for you.

All power-ups come with a kick-off call, and the Financial Clarity power-up also comes with a wrap-up call after the QuickBooks cleanup has been completed. In between you may get a few action-items to complete from your RETAILMavens expert. We want you to have a streamlined financial process so that you can spend your time focusing on growing your store!

What if I don't have QuickBooks?
